Enabling two-way synchronization between Schedulista and additional Google Calendar accounts

Schedulista provides online appointment scheduling software for your business or organization to allow your clients to book with your 24/7. We offer a number of integrations with other software and services to aid with your business.

To help manage your availability, you can sync your Schedulista calendar with multiple Google Calendar accounts.

There are four (4) steps to setting up your Google Calendar Sync:

Syncing additional Google Calendar accounts with Schedulista

After enabling the two-way synchronization with a single Google Calendar account, you can sync additional Google Calendar accounts to import various calendars and to export your Schedulista calendar to different Google Calendars.

On the mobile app

Available on version 7.3 and above

(1) Go to the Calendar tab

(2) Tap on the Calendar Settings icon on the top of the Calendar tab page (top left on iOS; top right next to the Add Appointment plus [+] symbol on Android)

(3) On the Calendar Settings page, tap on Sync with Google

(4) On the Sync Calendar page, tap the Add another Google Calendar account button

(5) Select a second Google account from the menu that Google provides

Tap the Use another account option if the account you want to sync to is not listed. Google will have you sign into the account you want to use.

(6) Tap the Allow button to authorize the sync

Once done, you'll return to the Sync Calendar page. You'll now be able to import calendars from Google and/or enable the Schedulista calendar export.

Repeat Steps 4-6 to sync additional Google Calendar accounts, if necessary.

On the web app

(1) Go to the Calendar

(2) Click on the gear icon on the top right

(3) Select Sync with Google from the menu that appears

(4) On the Sync Calendar page, click the Add another Google Calendar account button

(5) Select a second Google account from the menu that Google provides

Click the Use another account option if the account you want to sync to is not listed. Google will have you sign into the account you want to use.

(6) Click the Allow button to authorize the sync

Once done, you'll return to the Sync Calendar page. You'll now be able to import calendars from this new Google Calendar account or enable the Schedulista calendar export.

Repeat Steps 4-6 to sync additional Google Calendar accounts, if necessary.
