Schedulista provides online appointment scheduling software for your business or organization that allows your clients to book with you 24/7.

Our two-way Google Calendar Sync may be helping to manage your availability by importing various calendars from Google and exporting your Schedulista calendar to Google Calendar.

If you no longer need your Schedulista account connected to your Google Calendar account, you can disable the sync.

Note on disabling Google Calendar Sync

  • All calendars imported from Google Calendar must be removed in order to disable the sync.

  • The Schedulista calendar exported to Google must also be removed in order to disable the sync.

  • With more than one Google Calendar account synced, each can be disabled separately, if needed.

  • With multiple Google accounts synced, you will need to disable each one if you want to completely remove Google Calendar from your calendar.

Disabling the Google Calendar Sync

Disabling the sync should remove the authorization for access on the Google Calendar account. The account will also be removed from the Sync Calendar page.

On the mobile app

Available on version 7.3 and above

(1) Go to the Calendar tab

(2) Tap on the Calendar Settings icon on the top of the Calendar tab page (top left on iOS; top right next to the Add Appointment plus [+] symbol on Android)

(3) On the Calendar Settings page, tap on Sync with Google

(4) On the Sync Calendar page, under the Imported Calendars section, find the calendar you want to remove on the list

(5) Tap the Remove link next to the imported calendar listed

Note: The page should refresh each time with the removed calendar no longer listed. It may take a few minutes (up to 30 minutes, sometime longer) for the events from the imported calendar to no longer appear in Schedulista, depending on the number of events.

Repeat Steps 4 & 5 to remove all additional imported calendars.

(6) Once all imported calendars are removed, go to the Exported calendar to Google section

(7) Tap the Remove link for the exported Schedulista calendar

Note: The page should refresh with the export sync no longer listed. The Export calendar button should appear.

(8) Tap the Unsync account link to disable the sync

Once done, the page should refresh with the sync no longer enabled.

On the web app

(1) Go to the Calendar

(2) Click on the gear icon on the top right

(3) Select Sync with Google (or Sync Calendar) from the menu that appears

(4) On the Sync Calendar page, go to the Imported Calendars section

(5) Click the Remove link next to the imported calendar listed

Note: The page should refresh each time with the removed calendar no longer listed. It may take a few minutes (up to 30 minutes, sometime longer) for the events from the imported calendar to no longer appear in Schedulista, depending on the number of events.

Repeat Steps 4 & 5 to remove all additional imported calendars.

(6) Once all imported calendars are removed, go to the Exported calendar to Google section

(7) Click the Remove link for the exported Schedulista calendar

Note: The page should refresh with the export sync no longer listed. The Export calendar button should appear.

(8) Click the Unsync account link to disable the sync

Once done, the page should refresh with the sync no longer enabled.

Disabling the Google Calendar Sync through Google

If a Google Calendar is not unsynced or the authorization for access to Google is not removed through Schedulista, you can remove access by visiting the third-party access section on your Google account connections (formerly permissions) page. This page is used to manage third-party connections to Google.

You can also do this if you no longer have access to your Schedulista account.

(2) Click on Schedulista in the list of connections

(3) On the Schedulista connections page, click the See Details button under the Schedulista has some access to your Google Account section

(4) On the access page, click the Remove access button
