Schedulista provides online appointment scheduling software for your business or organization to allow your clients to book with you 24/7. We offer a number of integrations with other software and services to aid with your business.

On a multi-user business account, you can sync each user's Schedulista calendar to their own Google Calendar account(s) to help them manage their availability.

Note about enabling Google Calendar sync for other users

Only users with Administrator access can enable the sync for other users on the business account. To set up the sync for another user, an administrator must have access to the user's Google account. If you do not currently have access, you'll need their Google login email address and password.

Enabling the two-way synchronization for each user will allow them to import a single calendar or multiple calendars from their Google Calendar account to their Schedulista calendar. You can also enable the sync for multiple Google Calendar accounts. This will also allow them to export their Schedulista calendars to their Google Calendar(s).

On the mobile app

Available on version 7.3 and above

(1) Go to the Calendar tab

(2) Tap on the Calendar Settings icon on the top of the Calendar tab page (top left on iOS; top right next to the Add Appointment plus [+] symbol on Android)
