You are able to reschedule an appointment for a client on your calendar in the mobile app.

You can also reschedule appointments through the Calendar in your online dashboard.  You can read more on that here.

Rescheduling appointment

(1) Go to appointment on your calendar in the mobile app

(2) Tap on the appointment to edit it

(3) On the Appointment page, tap the Date field

(4) Adjust to the new date using the date selection scroller and tap Done

(5) Tap the Time field

(6) Adjust to the new time using the date selection scroller and tap Done

(7) Tap Save to complete the reschedule

The client will be sent a reschedule notification by email within minutes.
