Push notifications available in mobile app version 6.0.1 and above; push reminders available in mobile app version 7.0.1 and above
The Schedulista mobile app for iPhone and Android is a companion to your account to help manage your business on the go.
You can receive push notifications in the mobile app in addition to email notifications whenever whenever clients book or cancel online. You can also receive push appointment reminders 30 minutes before appointments.
You may decide you need to turn one or both of these features off.

Turning off provider push notifications

(1) Open the Schedulista mobile app and sign in, if needed
(2) Tap on the Calendar Settings icon in the top left corner (on iPhone) or the top right corner near the Add Appointment plus (+) symbol (on Android)
(3) On the Calendar Settings page, tap the Notifications toggle to turn off
(4) Tap Done to save and return to the calendar

(3) On the Calendar Settings page, tap the Reminders toggle to turn off
(4) Tap Done to save and return to the calendar
Turning off push notifications and/or reminders for other providers
If you have Administrator or Scheduler level of user access, you have access to all calendars on your business account. You are able to switch to other providers' calendars through the mobile app.
You may also have push notifications and push appointment reminders enabled for other providers' calendars that you need to disable.
Tap on the Calendar Settings icon on the calendar to visit the settings page. Tap on your name to access the list of other calendars. Select a provider to access their calendar and calendar settings.
Follow the steps above to turn off the notifications and/or reminders for that provider on your mobile. This will not have any affect on that provider's settings on their mobile app.
Repeat this for all providers you want to make changes. Then, select yourself as provider to return to your calendar. Tap Done when you are finished.
