Schedulista provides online appointment scheduling software for your business or organization to allow your clients to book with you 24/7.

A single business account in Schedulista allows you multiple user accounts for staff members who are providing services or those helping with scheduling. Multiple user accounts can also be used by single providers working at multiple locations or by businesses with multiple locations that need a single calendar per location.

However, you may need to set up multiple Schedulista business accounts. We make this easy for you to do.

When multiple business accounts can be useful

  • Businesses with multiple locations and multiple employees at each location

  • Businesses with locations in different cities, states, provinces, countries, or time zones

  • Businesses offering different services at multiple locations

  • Businesses offering duplicate services at a single location, but with different durations, pricing, and/or providers, that need to be separated

  • Two or more independent businesses where you want to keep the services you offer separate from each other

You can use the same email address and password as your first account to create new business accounts. This will allow you to sign in once and easily switch between the various business accounts without having to sign out of one and sign into another.

Adding an additional business account

Make sure you are signed out of your existing account first. Click on your name on the top right corner of the web dashboard and click Sign out on the menu.

You can sign up for another business account here:

Note: You could name this by location to differentiate from your first account.

(4) Enter the same Password you use to sign into your existing business account

(5) Click the Sign up button

Switching between business accounts

Once you've created the second business account, you can sign in once and easily switch between accounts.

(2) Hover over or click on the Switch Business section of the menu that appears

(3) Select the business account you would like to switch to from the sub-menu

On the mobile app

(1) Go to the Settings tab

(2) Tap on Business

(3) Select a business from the menu of available accounts

Account users on multiple business accounts

Any users can belong to multiple Schedulista business accounts. Just add them as a user on another account with their same login email address. They'll be able to sign in and switch between accounts, as well.

You can set different levels of access for a user on each business account.

Public scheduling pages and embedded schedulers

Each business account that you create will have its own standalone scheduler. You can direct clients to the public scheduling page for the scheduler by using the "Schedule Now" button or page link. (e.g., "https://salon.schedulista.com" or "https://massage.schedulista.com")

You can also embed the separate schedulers on different pages of your business website. (Or different sites, if you are managing two or more independent businesses.)

Is there an extra cost for this?

Yes.

There are no restrictions on the number of business accounts you can have, but each business account requires a separate subscription.

If you have a large number of locations, we may be able to adjust your subscription pricing. Email us at support@schedulista.com or call us to review.
