While Schedulista does not offer a dedicated package feature, here are a couple of methods that might work for your business to offer (1) packages for weekly appointments; or (2) packages where clients can book any date & time.

These workarounds may not help with every business. Note that these options do not automatically track the number of appointments clients have booked out of their paid amount. These would have to be tracked manually.

Packages for weekly appointments

Step 1: Add a package service

On the Services / Classes / Events page in settings, create a service labeled a package of X number of appointments, sessions, lessons, classes, etc.  If you are taking payments while scheduling, you could set this service at the total price you want to charge for the package.

You can access the Services / Classes / Events page:

  • On the web app: Go to Settings > Services / Classes / Events

  • On the mobile app (version 7.3 or above): Tap on Services/Classes/Events under the Configure section on the Settings tab

Step 2: Setting weekly repeating appointments for clients

When the client purchases the package service online, they will book their first appointment.

You can then add the client's remaining appointments directly onto your calendar as weekly repeating appointments. If they are booking into a repeating series of classes, you can add them to multiple occurrences of the class at once directly on your calendar.

Step 2: Add a private service

On your Services / Classes / Events settings page, create a second service that clients can use to book their remaining appointments in the package. Set this service with no price because the client would have already paid.

Also, set the service as a private service. Private services are hidden from your regular public scheduler. Other clients wouldn't see the service and try to schedule it.

We provide a private link you can send to the clients who purchased the package so that they can book their remaining appointments online. You could also include the private link in a custom message that would appear in the automated confirmation and reminder emails clients receive after booking their appointment.

Monitoring their package

You can keep an eye on their number of appointments booked on your Clients tab and in the appointment history on their client record.  More on client history here.
