There are two ways to see client history:
In the Edit Client dialog
In the All Appointments report
Edit Client Dialog
You can find the client record on the Clients page or by clicking on an appointment in the calendar, and then clicking the edit button next to the client information.
Once you click on the edit button, you will see the Edit Client dialog. At the bottom of the dialog (you might need to scroll down), you'll see a section called Past Appointments that lists the client history.
If you click on a past appointment, your calendar will open to that appointment. You can click on the appointment to review full details.
Note: Selected appointment will be briefly highlighted by an orange border that will fade to white.
All Appointments Report
If you view the All Appointments Report, you can filter by client name and by past appointments.
Enter the client name in the search box. And then click on the past button to the right of the search box. You will see a list of past appointments for that client.
To review full appointment details from this report, click on the time of the appointment. Your calendar will open to that appointment. You can then click on the appointment for details.
