About 24-hour Availability

Enabling all-day availability in Schedulista

Schedulista provides flexibility in availability to offer services, including full 24-hour availability for scheduling. You can manage your availability through the web dashboard, as well as the Schedulista mobile app.

Benefits of 24-hour scheduling

  • Offer appointment times at any time throughout the day

  • Set overnight work hours

  • Offer services longer than 8 hours in a single day

  • Offer services with multi-day durations

  • Split work shifts on a single day

Opening 24-hour availability provides the full day to offer appointment times, longer services, or to split the day into separate work shifts. It also offers the ability to schedule appointments for services with multi-day durations or to set overnight work hours.

(1) Go to the Calendar

(2) Click the gear icon on the top right

(3) Select Work Hours from the drop down menu

(4) In the Work Hours dialog, set your start time for each day at 12:00 am

(5) Set your end time for each day at 12:00 am

Note: Scroll to the bottom of the end times list for 12:00 am

(6) Click Save
