Schedulista is designed to support a regular weekly work schedule, but you are able to adjust your availability by day and block time out of your schedule. You can manage your availability through the mobile app, as well as the web app at Schedulista.com.

You may have a schedule that changes so frequently week to week that setting a regular weekly schedule will not work for you. Using Flex time daily overrides to set your availability will help.

You can do this in two steps:

You can also manage your changing schedule through the web app.

Step 1 - Turning off your regular weekly schedule

(1) On the Calendar tab, tap on the Calendar Settings icon on the top of the page (top left on iOS; top right next to the Add Appointment plus [+] symbol on Android)

(2) On the Calendar Settings page, scroll down and tap on the Regular work hours section

(3) Tap on a day with work hours

(4) Tap the Open toggle to set the day to Out

(5) Tap the arrow to return to the Regular work hours page

(6) Repeat sub-steps 3-5 until all days are set to Out

(7) Tap Save to return to the Calendar Settings page

(8) Tap Done to return to the Calendar tab page

Step 2 - Setting the daily overrides

(1) Go to the specific day you want to make available

(2) Tap on the Calendar Settings icon on top of the page

(3) On the Calendar Settings page, scroll down and tap on the Work hours for... section

Note: This will have the specific date of the day on the calendar.

(4) Tap the Open toggle to make the day available

(5) Tap on the From and To times to adjust your Start and/or End time for that day

(6) Tap Save

(7) Tap Done to return to the Calendar tab page

Repeat all of Step 2 for each day you want to make yourself available.
