Schedulista integration with the Zoom web video conferencing service allows you to easily and automatically set meetings in Zoom when clients book your online services through your scheduler.`

When you set Zoom as the location for a service you are offering online, a meeting will automatically be created on your Zoom account when a client books the service through Schedulista.

The join link for the Zoom meeting will be immediately included on the appointment summary page clients see after booking, as well as in the confirmation email for their records they receive within minutes.

Clients will also receive the join link in reminder email sent prior to their appointment.  If they opt for text (SMS) reminders, if available, the Details link in the reminder message will take them to the summary page where they'll find the Zoom link.

What clients see in the online scheduler

When clients select an online service that you will offer through Zoom, they will see an indication on the booking details form regarding the Zoom meeting.

What clients see on the summary page

The join link will be included under the bold Online meeting via Zoom header above the Cancellation policy and below the appointment details and any custom message you add.

Note: If your Zoom account is not set to embed the meeting password in the
join link, we will include the password for the meeting below the link on
the summary page.

What clients see on the emails

The join link will be included under the bold Online meeting via Zoom header above the Cancellation policy and below the appointment details and any custom message you add.

Note: If your Zoom account is not set to embed the meeting password in the
join link, we will include the password for the meeting below the link in
the confirmation and reminder emails.
