Yes. You can have appointment notifications sent to a single email address, to individual staff members, or to both.

Setting a business email address

(1) Go to Settings > Communications

(2) Scroll down to the Business Appointment Notifications section

(3) Click the No button next to "Send notifications to a business email address" to change it to Yes

(4) Enter your business email address in the new field

(5) Click Save at the bottom of the page
