Schedulista is a paid subscription service. Subscriptions are month to month with no long-term contract. The service can be cancelled at any time.
The Schedulista Bookings app (formerly Book Appointments Online by Schedulista) in the Wix App Market is a third-party app that requires its own subscription separate and above your Wix website subscription.
Your app must be upgraded to "Premium" to subscribe to Schedulista. For your convenience, Wix Billing will handle your Schedulista subscription.
Note: Multi-user subscriptions
Currently, Wix Billing only supports the single user subscription plan. For the multi-user plan, you'll need to subscribe directly through Schedulista.
When you add another user to your account, you will be prompted to switch billing systems to Schedulista. If you've already subscribed through Wix, you can learn more on switching billing systems here.
You can upgrade your Schedulista app through your Wix site editor.
(1) Sign into your Wix account
(2) On the My Sites page of your Wix dashboard, select your site
(3) On the website dashboard, select Edit Site from the Site Actions menu
(4) In the editor, select the page on your site with the Schedulista app/embedded scheduler
(5) Right-click on the embedded scheduler to bring up the options menu
(6) Select Upgrade from the menu
(7) On the Upgrade App Plans page, click the Select button under Premium
(8) Enter your billing information
(9) Click Submit Purchase
Using the crown button alternative
When you left- or right-click on the embedded scheduler, a group of three action buttons will appear: Settings, crown, question mark (Help)
Note: These buttons might appear above or below the scheduler depending on its position on your page.
Clicking on the crown button will also take you to the Upgrade App Plans page.
