Schedulista provides online appointment scheduling software for your business or organization to allow your clients to book with you 24/7. Schedulista is a paid subscription software as a service, typically billed monthly.
Receipts and invoices for the subscription payments are sent by email each month. They can also be found for download on the subscription page in settings.

Billing history
On the Your Schedulista Subscription page in account settings, click or tap on the Billing history link to see a list of your past subscription payments.
The billing history list includes the date of the payment, the status of the payment, and the invoice number. Clicking the invoice number will take you to an online version of the receipt, which will allow you to download the invoice and the receipt for that payment.
Note: If you pay for a yearly subscription by a method other than a credit or debit card, the invoice numbers will not be linked to a receipt.
Accessing the subscription page
On the web app: Go to Settings > Your Schedulista Subscription
Also on the web app: Click on your name on the top right and select Your Subscription from the menu
If you have the Webhooks feature enabled for your account, this is the method to access your subscription page
On the mobile app for Android: Tap on Your Schedulista Subscription under the Configure section on the Settings tab
Mobile app for iOS: You must use the web app at Schedulista.com
Wix customers
If your Schedulista subscription is handled by Wix Billing, your billing history and receipts are available through your Wix account settings.
About subscriptions
Subscriptions are month to month with no long-term contract commitment. You are able to cancel at any time. The system is set to automatically renew your subscription each month based on the date your subscription was first charged.
About receipt emails
A receipt email is sent each month by Stripe, our subscription payment processor, on the day your subscription renews. This is sent to the login email address for your user account or to the login email address of the main admin user account on a multi-user business.
Note: Contact Schedulista support if you need to set a different billing email address to receive the receipts.
The subject line for the email starts with "Your receipt for Schedulista". If you don't find the email in your inbox, make sure to check the junk/spam folder or do a search in email to locate it.
