Schedulista provides online appointment scheduling software for your business or organization to allow your clients to book with you 24/7.
You can let clients know that you have moved to online scheduling by giving them the link ("URL" or "web address") to your scheduler.
Sharing your scheduler link
On the web app: Go to Settings > Let clients know
On the mobile app: Tap on Let clients know under the Connect section on the Settings tab
Click or tap Copy Link to copy the URL and mass email it to your clients through your personal or business email system, or through an email marketing service like MailChimp.
Post it on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You can also add the URL to your business cards or in your email signatures.
Sending mass emails with MailChimp
An easy way to send mass emails to your clients is by signing up with an email marketing software such as MailChimp. As of December 2025, MailChimp is free if you have less than 500 clients/contacts.

Adding a QR code to your site
You can add a QR code to your site or communications that clients can scan with their mobile phone to go to your public scheduling page.
Click or tap a size, then download/save that image.
Adding Schedulista to your website
If you have a website, you can add a Schedule Now button to your website or embed your scheduler directly to your website.Β
