Get the word out through your website, social media, and email marketing

You can let clients know that you have moved to online scheduling by giving clients the URL (web address) to your scheduler. 

You can find this at Settings > Let clients know.

Sharing your scheduler link

Copy the URL and mass email it to your clients through your personal or business email system, or through an email marketing service like MailChimp. You can also add the URL to your business cards or in your email signatures.

Sending mass emails with MailChimp

An easy way to send mass emails to your clients is by signing up with an email marketing software such as MailChimp. MailChimp is free if you have less than 2,000 clients.

Sharing your public scheduling page on social media

Quickly post the link to your public scheduling page on your Twitter or Facebook accounts.

Adding a QR code to your site

You can add a QR code to your site or communications that clients can scan with their mobile phone to go to your public scheduling page.

Adding Schedulista to your website

If you have a website, you can add a Schedule Now button to your website or embed your scheduler directly to your website.

Adding Schedulista to your Facebook business page

You can add scheduling to your Facebook business page with a Book Now button, a Schedule Appointment tab, or as a post.
