Schedulista provides an online scheduler your clients can use to book appointments for your services on their own.

If you have your own website, there are a number of ways you can add Schedulista scheduling to your website and/or social media to make it available to your clients.

Contents:

Schedule Now button

Add a "Schedule Now" button to a page on your website that directs clients to your public scheduling page. Instructions here.

Link or custom button

Add a link or custom button to a page on your website that directs clients to your public scheduling page. Instructions here.

Embedded scheduler

If you'd prefer for your clients not to leave your website to book appointments, you can embed the scheduler on a page on your site. You'll want to make sure you have access to add HTML code to your website. Instructions here.

Social media integration

Schedulista is a Facebook partner, which allows you to connect your account to both Facebook and Instagram to offer scheduling through social media.

Facebook integration

You'll need to have a Facebook business page and a Facebook Ads account for this option. This will allow you to add a Book Now button to your Facebook business page that clients can use on the web and in the Facebook mobile app to visit your scheduler. Instructions here.

Instagram integration

You'll need an Instagram business profile for this option. This will allow you to add a Book Now button to your profile on the Instagram mobile app that clients can use to visit your scheduler. Instructions here.

You can also add the link to your scheduling page to your Instagram profile so that clients on the web can also get to your scheduler to book. Instructions here.
