You can change the email address associated with your Schedulista user account at any time.
However, if your email address is attached to multiple user accounts from different business accounts, you'll find that the change link isn't available. This is a security measure to protect each of the separate businesses.
You will still be able to change the email address with the steps below.
Changing email address with no change link

Typically, changing the login email address is done by editing your user account and clicking the change link next to your current email address under the User Account section.
Disabling login access
When no change link is available, you'll need to disconnect the user account from the existing email address by disabling the login access.
Note: This option won't be available if you are a single user, or if you are an admin on a multi-user account trying to change your own email address. Another account admin will have to reset the address for you, or contact us at support@schedulista.com for assistance.
(1) Go to Settings > Users
(2) Click Edit next to the user account you wish to edit
(3) On the user details page, scroll down to the User Account section
(4) Click the green Yes button to change it to No
(5) Click Save at the bottom of the page
Adding new email address
With the user account now separated from the email address, you can add a new email address.
(1) Click Edit next to the user account once more on the Users page
(2) On the user details page, scroll down to the User Account section
(3) Click the No button to change it to Yes
(4) Enter the new email address in the field
(5) Click Save at the bottom of the page
If the email address has never been used with Schedulista, a welcome invitation will be sent to the new email address. Click the link in the email to verify the account and set the password.
