Schedulista is available in nearly all countries throughout the world where there is internet access. All features* are available in any of these countries except for the automated text (SMS) appointment reminders and the ability to take client payments online via Stripe.
* Services with third-party integrations (Mailchimp, Zoom, Google Calendar, etc.) are dependent upon their specific availability.
These two features are available in select countries with the potential to become available in other countries in the future. See below for current supported countries.

Text (SMS) appointment reminders
When clients book their appointment online, they are required to enter their email address. They will also be required to enter their phone number, if the SMS reminder service is available.
They will receive an appointment confirmation by email within minutes, and we send a reminder email prior to their appointment, depending on your settings and how soon before the appointment they book.
In available countries, clients can also opt to receive text (SMS) reminders for their appointment. If they do, we send up to two (2) reminders per appointment, depending on your settings and how soon before the appointment they book: one at the same time as the reminder email, and one on the same day of the appointment as a "last minute" reminder.
Note: You can see when the reminder email and first text (SMS) reminder are being sent for your account under the Appointment Reminders section on the Confirmations, Reminders, Notifications page in settings.

Payments via Stripe
We work with Stripe to offer the ability to take payments online. Once your Stripe account is connected, you can require clients to pay when they book, use credit card capture to secure appointments, or not ask for a card.
Stripe supports 135+ currencies from around the world, but Stripe's services are available to businesses in a limited number of countries. If your business is based in a supported country, you can accept payments from anywhere in the world.
Stripe also offers a platform called Atlas to provide services to businesses in non-supported countries. See more on that below.
Note: Your relationship with Stripe is independent of Schedulista. Stripe handles all payment services. Any questions regarding payments must be addressed by Stripe. Schedulista can assist with the integration of Stripe with your online scheduler.

Note: Though Stripe supports a limited number of African countries -- Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, as of October 2024 -- through an extended network called Paystack, integration with Paystack via Stripe is currently not available through Schedulista.

United States of America
Per Stripe: "A business must be located in the 50 states, Washington, D.C., or Puerto Rico to sign up with Stripe as a US business."
Supported: the 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico
Currently Not Supported: Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any other U.S. territory or possession
United Kingdom
Per Stripe: "A business must be located in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to sign up with Stripe as a UK business."
Supported: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
Currently Not Supported: a British Crown Dependency (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man) or British Overseas Territory (British Virgin Islands)
France
Per Stripe: "A business must be located in Metropolitan France or within a French overseas region or territory that is within the European Economic Area to sign up with Stripe as a French business. Businesses in supported regions should register for a Stripe account with France selected as the Country."
Supported: Metropolitan France (including Corsica); the French territories of Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, and Saint-Martin
Currently Not Supported: the French territories of French Polynesia, Wallis et Futuna, New Caledonia, Saint Barthélemy, and Saint Pierre et Miquelon
Netherlands
Supported: European Netherlands
Currently Not Supported: constituent countries of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba) and other special municipalities
