Once you've turned on your Schedulista calendar's iCal feed, here's how to subscribe to your calendar using Microsoft Outlook.

Note: The sync is a one-way synchronization. Schedulista appointments will appear on your Outlook calendar but appointments set through Outlook will not appear or block out time on your Schedulista calendar.

Sharing with Outlook 2016 (Office 365)

(1) Follow instructions to turn on your iCalendar feed here

(2) Open Outlook 2016 

(3) Click on the Calendar view

(4) Click on Open Calendar in the top menu toolbar (the "ribbon")

(5) Select "From Internet..." from the menu

(6) In the New Internet Calendar Subscription dialog box, type or paste the iCalendar feed from Schedulista in the field, click "OK"

(7) In the next dialog, confirm by clicking "Yes"

Sharing with previous Outlook versions (2007, 2010, 2011 for Mac, 2013)

(1) Follow instructions to turn on your iCalendar feed here

(2) Open Outlook 

(3) Click on the Calendar view

(4) Right-click on Other Calendars

(5) Hover over "Add Calendar" and select "From Internet..."

(6) In the dialog box, type or paste the iCalendar feed from Schedulista in the field, click "OK"

(7) In the next dialog, confirm by clicking "Yes"

Alternate

(1) Follow instructions to turn on your iCalendar feed here

(2) Open Outlook

(3) In the File menu, select "Account Settings," and then select "Account Settings"(Yes, you read that correctly.)

Note: In Outlook 2007, "Account Settings" is found in the Tools menu

(4) In the Account Settings window, click the Internet Calendars tab

(5) Click "New"

(6) In the dialog box, type or paste the iCalendar feed from Schedulista in the field, click "Add"

(7) Enter a name for the calendar in the Folder Name field

(8) Click "OK" at the bottom of the window
