Note about sharing your calendar

Sharing your calendar is a one-way synchronization, sometimes referred to as read-only synchronization.

Schedulista appointments will appear on your Outlook calendar but appointments set in Outlook will not appear or block out time on your Schedulista calendar.

Step 1 - Turn on iCalendar feed

The first thing to do is to turn on the iCalendar (iCal) feed for your Schedulista calendar. This will provide the feed address (ending in .ics) to use to subscribe to the calendar.

Continue to Step 2a for Outlook in Office 365 or Step 2b for previous versions of Outlook.

Step 2a - Sharing with Outlook 2016 (Office 365)

(1) Open Outlook 2016

(2) Click on the Calendar view

(3) Click Add Calendar in the top menu toolbar (the "ribbon")

(4) Select From Internet... from the menu

(5) In the New Internet Calendar Subscription dialog box, type or paste the iCal feed URL from Schedulista in the field, click OK

(6) In the next dialog, confirm by clicking Yes

Step 2b - Sharing with previous versions of Outlook

If you are using Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010, or Outlook 2013, you can use the following steps to subscribe to your Schedulista calendar.

This also works with Outlook 2011 for Mac.

(1) Open Outlook

(2) Click on the Calendar view

(3) Right-click on the Other Calendars header in the calendars menu on the left

(4) Select or hover over Add Calendar... from the menu

(5) Select From Internet... from the sub-menu

(6) In the dialog box, type or paste the iCal feed URL from Schedulista in the field, click OK

(7) In the next dialog, confirm by clicking Yes
