An overview of your Activities tab in the Schedulista mobile app

Available in mobile app version 6.0.1 and above

The Schedulista mobile app for iPhone and Android is a companion to your account to help manage your business on the go. With it you will be able to view a log of appointment and class activities on your account and other user accounts to which you have access.

Benefits of the Activities tab

  • View a chronological log of appointments or classes booked, rescheduled, or cancelled on your account

  • View activities for other providers on a multi-user account, if you have access

  • Quickly identify who did the activity - you, the client, or another provider

  • Search by client, provider, or service to filter the log

  • Tap on activities in the log to view appointments on the calendar

What's on the Activities tab

Identifying the various elements on the Activities tab in the mobile app.

Each number below corresponds to the number in the image above.

1. Search Field
Filter the activity log by searching by client or service, or by provider on a multi-user account, if you have access.

2. Scheduled/Booked Appointment Icon
Quickly and easily identify booked appointments by a calendar page icon marked by a green added logo.

3. Date/Time Stamp
The date and time that the activity occurred.

4. Rescheduled Appointment/Class Icon
Quickly and easily identify rescheduled appointments or classes by a calendar page icon marked by a yellow shifted arrows logo.

5. Cancelled Appointment Icon
Quickly and easily identify cancelled appointments by a calendar page icon marked by a red X'ed logo.

6. Added Class/Joined Class Icon
Quickly and easily identify classes added to your calendar and new attendees joining a class by a group icon marked by a green added logo.

7. Activity Notifications Badge
A numbered icon displaying the amount of new activities on the account. This will clear after navigating away from the Activities tab.

8. Actor Identifier - Client
Identifying who performed the activity, in this case the client.

9. Joined Class Activity
An activity explaining that a client (in bold) has joined a class. Includes the name of the class service; a fraction representing the total number of attendees in the class out of the max capacity at the time of the booking; the class provider; and the date and time of the class. Tap on the activity to view the class on your calendar.

10. Actor Identifier - You
Identifying who performed the activity, in this case you.

11. Cancelled Appointment Activity
An activity explaining that a client (in bold) has cancelled an appointment online. Includes the service name, the provider, and the date and time of the cancelled appointment.

12. Actor Identifier - Other Provider
Identifying who performed the activity, in this case another provider.

13. Rescheduled Appointment Activity
An activity explaining that an appointment for a client (in bold) has been rescheduled by you or another provider. Includes the service name, the provider, the date and time of the original appointment, and the rescheduled date and time. Tap on the activity to view the appointment on your calendar.

14. New Activity Highlight
Activities in grey are new activities added to your log since the last time you've opened the mobile app.

15. Scheduled/Booked Appointment Activity
An activity explaining that a client (in bold) has booked an appointment online or you or another provider set an appointment for a client directly on a calendar. Includes the service name, the provider, and the date and time of the appointment. Tap on the activity to view the appointment on the calendar.
