How do I customize the font and colors of my scheduler?

Adjust the look of your Schedulista scheduler to match your business or website

Schedulista allows your clients to schedule appointments themselves online 24/7 through the scheduling page for your account.

You can also add the scheduler directly to your own website: The scheduler widget is a component that can be embedded directly on a page of a website. It is designed to automatically inherit the font and colors of your website.

You are able to manually adjust the font and colors of the widget to more closely match your website and seamlessly blend with your branding.

Note about colors and fonts for Wix and Weebly

For the Wix and Weebly website design services, we offer pre-built scheduler widget apps you can add to your website: Schedulista Bookings in the Wix App Market; Schedulista in the Weebly App Center.

Due to the nature of these apps, the colors and fonts cannot be changed through the Widget tab on the Client Scheduler page in Schedulista settings. These must be changed through the Wix or Weebly site editor.

Choosing a font

Schedulista offers a choice from over 15,000 fonts.

(1) On the mobile app (version 7.3 or above): Tap on Client Scheduler under the Configure section on the Settings tab

On the web app: Go to Settings > Client Scheduler

(2) Select the Widget tab

(3) Tap or click Advanced Customization

(4) Scroll down to the Font section and select Choose Font

(5) Type the name of a font into the search field

(6) Select a font from the search results

Your choice will automatically be saved and your scheduler widget instantaneously updated.

Choosing your own colors

You can adjust the various colors displayed in your scheduler.

(1) On the mobile app (version 7.3 or above): Tap on Client Scheduler under the Configure section on the Settings tab

On the web app: Go to Settings > Client Scheduler

(2) Select the Widget tab

(3) Tap or click on the color tiles to adjust the colors

(a) accent color - The color of any links appearing in the widget

  • Select Choose Color to pick a color using the wheel and shade of that color using the square tool; or you can enter the 6-digit/character color hex code

(b) text color - The color of any non-linked text in the widget

  • Select Choose Color to pick a color using the wheel and shade of that color using the square tool; or you can enter the 6-digit/character color hex code

(c) background color - The color of the background of the widget

  • With Choose Color, you can pick a color using the wheel and shade of that color using the square tool; or you can enter the 6-digit/character color hex code

  • Select Transparent to have a clear background that allows the color of the page or any image on the page of your website to serve as a background. The widget defaults to a transparent background.

Advanced color customization

In the Additional Colors section under Advanced Customization, you can choose a color for the info sections and alerts that appear in the scheduler when clients are booking.
