You are able to take and save notes for a specific appointment in the Schedulista mobile app. Notes are strictly for your view and will not be shared with clients.
You can also add appointment notes through your account dashboard on the web.

Notes about a specific appointment can be accessed and saved through the calendar on your mobile app.
(1) Tap on an appointment on your calendar to open and edit it
(2) Scroll down to the Notes section
(3) Tap on the section to enter something specific about the appointment
(4) Tap SAVE

As you are setting a new appointment for a client on your calendar in the mobile, you can enter notes in the Notes section.
