Schedulista provides online appointment scheduling software for your business or organization to allow your clients to book with you 24/7.

An appointment report provides a history of past and upcoming appointments for your account.  The on-screen report provides a quick reference.  You can export a report to a file for full appointment details.

You can read more on the specifics in an appointment report here.
