An appointment report provides a history of past and upcoming appointments for your account. The on-screen report provides a quick reference. You can export a report to a file for full appointment details.

Format of the exported file
You can export your past, future, or all appointment information into a CSV (comma separated values) file to store with your records or use with other software.
CSV is a common file format that is supported by many different software. It can also be opened in most spreadsheet programs.
Appointment information exported
The fields/columns provided in the export are:
appointment date & time
appointment duration
provider name
service name
client name
client email
client phone number
service price
appointment notes
any custom field data
Exporting an appointment report
First, run your appointment report. Read more on how to do that here.
After you've run your report, click on the gear icon in the upper right. Select one of the export options based on the type of report or any filtering done.
Export options
Export all - Creates a report of all appointments on file, past and upcoming.
Export past - Creates a report of all past appointments.
Export future - Creates a report of all upcoming appointments.
Export selection - Creates a report of all filtered appointments returned in a search.
Printing an appointment report
A printed report will be in the on-screen format, based on the type of report selected (past, future, all) and any search filters you've entered.
First, run your appointment report. Read more on how to do that here.
After you've run your report, click on the gear icon in the upper right. Select Print from the menu.
Printing full appointment details
To print full appointment details, run an appointment report, export the report to file, then open the file in a spreadsheet program, and print from the file.
