How do I cancel my Schedulista subscription through Wix?

To stop subscription payments through Wix billing

Schedulista provides online appointment scheduling software for your business or organization to allow your clients to book with you 24/7.

The scheduler can be embedded on a website. With the Wix website service, we offer a pre-built app to add to your site called Schedulista Bookings available through their App Market.

Schedulista is a paid subscription service. Subscriptions are month to month with no long-term contract, though Wix offers an annual subscription option. Wix Billing typically handles the subscription billing for single user accounts created through Wix. The service can be cancelled at any time.

If you try updating or canceling your subscription through your Schedulista account, you will encounter this message:

You will need to cancel your subscription through the Premium Subscriptions section in your Wix account.

Cancelling your Schedulista subscription in Wix

Note: For Wix users with a multi-provider account, your billing is handled directly by Schedulista. You can read more on how to cancel through Schedulista here.

(1) Sign in to your Wix account

(2) Click on your username/token in the upper right for your account menu

(3) Select Premium Subscriptions

(4) Scroll through the list of subscriptions to locate your Schedulista Bookings app subscription

Note: Schedulista Bookings was formerly labeled Book Appointments Online by Schedulista and my still be listed under that name in places.

(5) Click the three-dot Options button

(6) Select Cancel App from the menu

(7) On the App Renewal Payments dialog, select Cancel auto renew

(8) Click Submit

Billing support through Wix

As Schedulista does not handle this billing, any questions about your subscription payments, including credits or refunds, must be addressed by Wix Billing.  You can contact Wix Customer Support for help or contact billing at billing@wix.com.
