The email address you enter while adding a new user to your account will be their user login.
A welcome email is sent to the new user's email address. It will include a link to confirm their account and have them set their login password.
Can't find welcome email
If the new user is unable to find the welcome email in their inbox, have them look in a junk or spam folder. Some email services, like Google/Gmail, have also begun filtering emails into different categories or tabs (e.g., "Social," "Promotions") that should be checked as well.
If the new user can't locate the welcome email, you can edit their user account and click the resend invitation link next to their email address to send another welcome email with their confirmation link.
