Available in mobile app version 7.4.0 and above

Schedulista is designed to allow your clients to book appointments themselves online. Clients can also cancel their appointment(s) online based on the cancellation policy you've set for your business account. You can disable online cancellation if you'd prefer to cancel any appointments on your own.

If clients miss an appointment, class, event, or group meeting, with or without notification, you can mark them as a "no-show". This will also allow you to easily charge a card on file for a no-show fee, if you take payments via Stripe.

You can also mark past no-shows in the web app.

Contents:

Past appointment

If a client has missed a single standalone appointment, for whatever reason, you can cancel the appointment and mark it as a no-show.

Credit or debit card on file

If you are taking payments via Stripe, and the client has a credit or debit card on file with your Stripe account, you have the option to charge the client a no-show fee.

(1) Locate and tap on the appointment on the Calendar tab

(2) On the Appointment details page, scroll to the bottom and tap Cancel Appointment

(3) Tap the toggle next to No-show? to to turn it on

(4)(optional) If you want to charge a no-show fee, tap the toggle next to Charge No Show?

(5)(optional) Charging the card on file for a no-show fee

  • If the service has a set price on it, you can choose to charge 100% of the price of the service,

50% of the price of the service,

set to send receipts to a client for payment, the client will be
sent a receipt for the no-show charge.
