Removing a follow-up email

Getting rid of automated emails sent after an appointment in Schedulista

Schedulista offers automated follow-up emails that can be sent after an appointment has been completed to thank clients for using your services, encourage them to book their next appointment, provide after appointment information, or link them to resources or sites to leave reviews.

You may need to remove a general, alternate, or service-specific follow-up email.

Follow-up emails are sent the morning following their specified appointments. Removing a follow-up email will immediate stop the email from being sent to any further clients.

(1) Go to Settings > Follow-up Emails

(2) Locate the follow-up email you want to remove

(3) Click the Delete link below the Message field for the follow-up email

(4) Click Save
