Schedulista provides online appointment scheduling software for your business or organization to allow your clients to book with you 24/7.

We provide a scheduling page for your account to allow clients to book with you online. You can use this scheduling page if you don't have a website for your business, or if you prefer not to embed the scheduler on your own website.

Visit the 'Let clients know' page in your account settings for your scheduling page link. This will show all services you offer. You can also link to a specific service.

Benefits of linking to a service

  • Using a button or link on your website to send clients to a specific service you offer to be book

  • Using a link in email or text communications to direct clients to a specific service

  • Sharing a link on social media to a specific service

  • Directly promote an event on a specific day and/or time

  • Link directly to a service with a specific provider already selected

You may want or need to link directly to a specific service in your scheduler. This isn't possible with the embedded scheduler, but you can do this with the scheduling page using the URL of a selected service.

The URL is the web address for a page online. This can be used as a direct link to the page. You can find the URL for a service on your Schedulista scheduling page in the web address bar of your internet browser.

Getting a URL for a link

(1) Go to your scheduling page. You can find the link to your scheduling page on the Let clients know page in your account settings on the mobile app or the web app.

Note: If you visit your scheduling page by previewing your scheduler from your account settings, make sure to exit out of the preview view by clicking the "X" in the grey bar at the top of the page.

(3) On the Choose a Date & Time page, copy the URL from your web address bar

Note: On a multi-user account, if more than one provider offers a service and your account is set to allow clients to select their provider, clients will see a Choose Provider page after selecting the service. You can copy the URL for that page to use as a link instead of the URL for the Choose a Date & Time page.

You can now use the URL as the link for that specific service.
