With custom fields, you are able to ask clients for a variety of information necessary for their appointment, as well as inform them about your business, services, and/or scheduling policies.

We offer four types of custom fields.  These fields will appear on the scheduling details form the client fills out to book their appointment.

Single-line input field

This custom field type allows for a single line of text for questions with quick, simple answers.  You can use this to ask clients for simple responses like a preferred hairstyle, an area of focus for massage or physical therapy, a specific date like a birthday or wedding date, etc.

Paragraph field

This custom field type allows for multiple lines of text for questions with detailed answers.  This is a free form text field with no character limit and allows clients to create paragraphs in their responses.

You could use this to ask clients for things like a brief history on an injury or the details of particular item of clothing or combination outfit.

Notice field

This custom field type allows you to create notices to your clients to inform them about the business, service, details, payment or scheduling policies, appointment instructions, or other useful information.

What the client sees

The title will appear as a bold header for the notice, with the body text placed just below it.

Single checkbox

This custom option allows you to create a checkbox for clients to acknowledge that they have read something, agree to terms & conditions for scheduling, that they would like something additional you offer included in their appointment, or more.
