Schedulista provides online appointment scheduling software for your business or organization to allow your clients to book with you 24/7. We offer a number of integrations with other software and services to aid with your business.

We furnish a standalone scheduling page for your business account that your clients can visit to book with you online. If you'd prefer, your scheduler can also be embedded into your own website, so that clients can book with you without having to leave your site.

For WordPress sites, we offer a dedicated plugin that allows you to easily embed the scheduler using WordPress shortcode instead of full HTML code.

About WordPress sites

Schedulista is compatible and available to use with the following kinds of WordPress websites:

  • WordPress.com with a paid subscription plan - a website hosted by WordPress that offers more features and flexibility. The ability to add plugins and/or HTML code to your site is available on the following paid plans (as of January 2024):

    • WordPress Creator

    • WordPress Entrepreneur

    • WordPress Enterprise

  • WordPress.org - a free website platform that provides the most flexibility to create and develop your own "self-hosted" website. WordPress.org websites require a third-party site hosting service like GoDaddy, Namecheap, Bluehost, etc.

You can also embed the scheduler on WordPress using HTML code and the text editor of a page, if you'd prefer.
