The Google Calendar sync allows for one Schedulista calendar to be synced to one Google Calendar.

In some cases, you may have more than one calendar on your Google Calendar account. Only appointments on the specific calendar synced will appear on your Schedulista calendar.

Multiple Google Calendars on account

When setting up the Google Calendar sync, you are given an option of which calendar to sync with. Only appointments from that calendar are shared with your Schedulista calendar.

On your Google Calendar, you can see the specific calendars that are included in your Google account in the menu on the left under the My calendars category.

The first calendar listed is the main calendar on your account, typically identified by your name on your Google account.

You can add more calendars to your account, sometimes referred to as "sub-calendars," for various purposes. As an example, many people who use Google Calendar for business will often add a sub-calendar for Personal appointments and scheduling.

Checked calendars

When the boxes next to other calendars are checked, appointments on those calendars will appear in your Google Calendar view. These appointments are not moved to a single calendar, just viewed at the same time for convenience.

Shared Google Calendars

Calendars listed under the Other calendars category are calendars that have been shared with your Google account.

Other Google Calendar users can share their calendars with you, and Google provides some general calendars of interest you can add to your account.  (i.e., Holidays in United States)

Any calendars you subscribe to using the URL of an iCalendar feed will appear under the Other calendars category.
