Your services in Schedulista can be organized into categories to aid your clients in identifying relevant services for their needs.

Examples where categories can work best:

  • Grouping services offered by various providers
  • Identifying services by different locations
  • Organizing services by type
  • Separating standard services from special offers

Adding categories

(1) Go to Settings > Services / Classes / Events

(2) In the lefthand column, click Add Category

(3) In the pop-up dialog, name your new category

(4) Click Save

Adding new services to a category

(1) On the Services / Classes / Events settings page, click the category to which you'd like to add services

(2) Click Add Service to create a new service

(3) Fill in relevant information about your service (e.g., service name, duration, provider(s), etc.)

(4) Click Save at the bottom of the page

Add existing services to a category

(1) On the Services / Classes / Events settings page, click Edit next to one of your existing services

(2) Change any relevant information about your service (e.g., service name, duration, provider(s), etc.)

(3) For Category, select the appropriate category from the drop-down menu

(4) Click Save at the bottom of the page

What clients see

In the online scheduler, categories appear as headers in bold text. Organized services then appear below their selected category header.
