How do I view appointment notes?

Reviewing appointment notes on the calendar, the appointment report, or in the client history

You are able to take and save notes for a specific appointment in Schedulista. Notes are strictly for your view and will not be shared with clients.

Viewing appointment notes on your calendar

Appointment notes can be added by providers directly on the calendar or from client comments while booking online. On your calendar, an appointment with notes will have the notepad page icon in the upper right of the appointment tile.

Click on the appointment on your calendar to open it. Scroll down to the Appointment Notes field to view any notes.

Client comments when booking online

Any text clients enter in the optional Comments field while booking online through the scheduler will appear in Appointment Notes field on your calendar.

You can edit client comments or add additional notes in the field.

Viewing appointment notes through client history

You can view a client's appointment history through their client record. Full details of their record can be accessed by clicking the edit button next to their record on the Clients tab; or

by clicking the edit button next to the client's contact information on an appointment on your Calendar.

On the client record, scroll down to the Upcoming Appointments and/or Past Appointments sections. Click on a specific appointment to view it on the calendar.

Click on the appointment on your calendar to open it and scroll down to the Appointment Notes field to view any notes.

Viewing all appointment notes through a report

To view all appointment notes for all appointments on your account, you can run an appointment report from the Home tab. Export the report to a file and open the file in a spreadsheet program. Appointment Notes will be one of the columns in the report.

You can filter an appointment report by client and export that selection to a file to view all appointment notes for a specific client.
