All appointment notifications sent to clients come directly from Schedulista.  If a client responds to a notification, an auto-response will inform them to contact you directly.

Email notifications

These include appointment confirmations, reminder emails, cancellation notifications, and reschedule notifications. Emails are sent from a "no-reply" Schedulista email address. Your business name is included in the subject line.

If a client replies to an email, they will receive the following message:

"You have reached an unattended mailbox. If you're emailing regarding an appointment, email or call your service provider instead."

Text (SMS) reminders

If clients opt to receive text reminders, two are sent for each appointment. One is sent at the same time as the reminder email. The second is sent as a "last-minute" reminder on the same day as the appointment.

Text reminders are sent from a single Schedulista phone number. Your business name is included in the text message.

If a client replies to a text reminder, they will receive the following message:

"You have reached an unattended mailbox. If you are texting re an appointment, call your service provider instead."
