If you'd like to consult with a client before scheduling an appointment for a specific service, you can turn off online scheduling for that service.
How to set a service to have clients call for appointment
(1) Go to Settings > Services / Classes / Events
(2a) Click Edit next to an existing service; or
(2b) Click Add Service to create a new service
(3) Scroll down to "Clients must call for appointments" just below the Description field
(4) Check the box
(5) Click Save at the bottom of the page
What clients see
The service you'd like clients to call to schedule will appear on your list of services. The link on the service to schedule will be removed and replaced with a phone icon asking clients to call.
