You can add an image that will appear next to a provider's name and bio to help clients identify them.

Note: Single provider accounts or accounts with multiple providers where the system chooses the provider instead of the client will not display the provider image.

Adding a provider image

(1) Go to Services > Users

(2a) Click Edit next to an existing user account; or

(2b) Click Add User to create a new user account

(3) On the user details page, click the token icon next to the first and last name fields

(4) Click the Choose File button to upload an image

(5) Click Save
