Working with or without a web designer

If you have a web designer who usually makes edits to your website, just copy the code as described below and email it to your web designer.

If you don't have a web designer, you will need to sign into your website, and edit the page where you would like to add the button. Exact steps will vary depending on who hosts your website. If you are having trouble, search online to find instructions on how to "Insert HTML".

Note: The most common way to add scheduling to your website is to add a Schedule Now button.

Adding a custom link

This is an example of a custom link:
Custom link to my scheduler

(1) Go to Settings > Add to your website

(2) Scroll down to the Add a "Schedule Now" link section

(3) Copy the code in the white field. This is the code that you will insert/paste into the HTML of the page on your website.

(4) Edit the Schedule Now text (highlighted in the image above) to say anything you would like.

When you save and publish your website after making the changes, the custom link with your new text should appear.

Adding a custom button

This is an example of a custom button:

Button image

You will need to have an uploaded image for your button. (e.g., http://bit.ly/2hRZTmW)

You can design whatever image you would like. Then, you'll need to upload it to your site or another site to make it publicly available to view online.  Copy and store the URL (web address) of your uploaded image.

Getting the button code

(1) Go to Settings > Add to your website

(2) Copy the code in the white field in the Add a "Schedule Now" button section. This is the code that you will insert/paste into the HTML of the page on your website.

(3) Edit the image source ("src") text (highlighted in the image above) to the URL of your uploaded image.

When you save and publish your website after making the changes, the custom button with your new image should appear.
