How do I run an appointment report?

Appointment reports for single user or multi-user accounts

An appointment report provides a history of past and upcoming appointments for your account.  The on-screen report provides a quick reference.  You can export a report to a file for full appointment details.

Running an appointment report (single provider)

(1) Go to the Home tab

(2) Click the View all appointments link in the Appointments panel

Note: If you are an administrator on a multi-user account, you can click the View all my appointments link in the My Appointments panel to view only your own appointments.

(3) Use the search field to filter your report, if needed

(4) Select a report type

(1) Go to the Home tab

(2) Click the View all appointments link in the Per Provider Reports panel

Running an appointment report for one provider on a multi-user account

If you have admin or scheduler level of access on a multi-user account, you can run and view appointment reports by individual provider.

(1) Go to the Home tab

(2) Click the image or token of a specific provider in the Per Provider Reports panel

(3) On the provider's Home page, click the View all my appointments link in the My Appointments panel

(4) Use the search field to filter the report further by adding to the provider's name, if needed

(5) Select a report type
